BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment however we kindly request that you provide us with 24 hours notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24hour window your deposit will be forfeited.

If cancelled 24hours prior the deposit will be transferred to a credit on your file for instore use.

Please note if you are running late to your appointment, the length of your appointment will be impacted.

We do not provide a refund or exchange on products or gift vouchers for change of mind.

Faulty item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo.
